Why is my 40' container billed double ground rent?+
Standard practice: Indian CFS tariffs price per TEU, and a 40' (2 TEU) bills twice the slab rate. Some stations publish explicit 40' columns instead; either way the math lands in the same place.
Can CFS ground rent be waived like carrier demurrage?+
